My approach to transformational leadership coaching

The International Coach Federation (ICF) defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

This transformative and creative potential is inherent in all of us, but it unfortunately becomes blocked as a result of the mental coping structures most of us developed early on.

My transformational coaching approach to sustainable change invites new positive habits that enable you to contact your innate sense of presence and autonomy in an on-going way.

This approach helps to enhance confidence through increased:

  • self-awareness

  • self-acceptance

  • self-trust

I employ a somatic approach in my coaching practice in order to assist my clients to identify and to transform unhelpful habits and to move towards more confidence and resilience. This process opens up new ways of seeing by exploring fresh perspectives on old repetitive thinking or behaviors.

how online sessions work

I work with my clients using Zoom or Google Meet. This is an efficient way to conduct coaching sessions that allows for you to be in any quiet and private location that works best for you.

session length

Individual sessions are 50 minutes long.

frequency and duration

The frequency and duration of coaching is a reflection of your needs. The typical frequency is once every two weeks and durations can vary from several weeks to six months or more, depending on your goals and priorities for coaching.
